Six day of creation- People and Animals

Do you know what was created on the Sixth Day! All mammals. In the class we discussed what do we know about animals? There is what our friends said,
Animals could walk, jump and run. (Alisa and Avi)
Animals eat, some animals eat grass. (Leah and Daniel P. )
Some animals like giraffes and lamas have long necks. (Daniel R.)
Cat meows, dog barks.(Sara and Daniel P)
Animals drink water. (Dalia)
Some animals hibernate in winter. (Rachel)
People have clothes, animals have fur. (Ryan and Avi) 
In the class we learned that mammals have hair. Some of them have very thick fur, but some might have just a few stiff whiskers. Baby mammals drink milk from their mothers. Some babies are born helpless. Their mothers take care of them. Mammals can run, climb, swim, or even fly like bats. As our friends noticed some animals eat grass, but some of them eat meat or both. Animals live on every continent.
We found a mammal right in our school- a BUNNY is a mammal! Observing the bunny, we noticed a little tail.

Discussing our discovery, we made a conclusion that all mammals have tails. What are tails for? There is what we think.

Animals use their tails to take shower. (Rachel)
Tails are for holding on the branches. (Daniel P.)
Monkeys use their tails for swinging. (Sara)
Animal use their tail to get their food. (Avi)
Dogs use their tails to say "Hello". (Dalia)
Some animals use their tails to fan themselves. (Daniel R.)

Indeed a monkey uses its tail to swing. A possum uses its tail to cling, A kangaroo uses its tail to hop. A horse uses its tail to swat. A whale uses its tail to slap. A fox uses its tail to nap. A baby elephant holds its mom's tail when they travel.
